Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an experienced estimator to support construction projects in the United States. You will perform basic to moderately complex estimating tasks, develop costs, and support bid and pre-bid activities across diverse projects.

The role requires proficiency with Timberline for OPCC preparation, coordination with project teams and subcontractors, and the development of detailed baselines and schedules. Travel may be required depending on assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Estimate construction costs and prepare OPCCs.

• Develop and maintain project schedules and WBS.
