• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline is required.
• 3 years of related experience required. Travel may be required depending on project needs.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material take-offs, cost estimates, and OPCCs using Timberline.
• Coordinate with project managers and procurement groups for pricing and bid information.
• Develop purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders, and applications for payment.
• Prepare project scheduling and financial analyses for routine and non‑routine reporting.
