Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic to moderately complex estimating tasks including quantity take-offs, pricing research, and cost development for projects.
• Utilizes Timberline to prepare OPCCs and design-build projects.
• Prepares and reviews costs, materials, and subcontractor pricing against OPCCs.
• Develops schedules, baseline plans, and budgets with project controls.
• Coordinates with project team to ensure timely delivery of estimates and change management.
