Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Estimator in Tempe to lead project estimates and coordinate across the project team. You will manage the total project estimate and risk analysis, ensuring accurate cost control and contingency recommendations.

The role requires over 10 years in estimation within construction, plus proficiency in Sage Timberline, InEight or CostX. Strong communication and client relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience as an estimator with increasing scope and responsibility in a construction environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build strong relationships with team and clients while delivering accurate estimates.

Responsibilities

• Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team.
• Lead the development of the total project estimate.
• Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis, recommending cost contingencies.
• Analyze and propose solutions to problems with varying complexity within guidelines.
• Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates.
