Linesight is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead the estimate development for complex projects, coordinating with the project team to shape the total project estimate and basis of estimate.

You will bring 10+ years of estimating experience in construction, familiarity with Sage Timberline, InEight or CostX, and a construction-related degree, with chartered status or in progress. Strong communication and collaborative skills are essential in our open, supportive culture.

Competenze

• 10+ years of estimating experience with increasing scope in construction.
• Experience using Sage Timberline, InEight or CostX estimating systems.
• Degree or equivalent experience in a construction discipline.
• RICS, CEP or CPE chartered or pursuing chartership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail oriented and quality focused.
• Strong relationship builder with teams and clients.

Mansioni

• Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team.
• Lead the development of the total project estimate.
• Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis, making cost contingency recommendations to the project team.
• Analyze and make recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization, project objectives and guidelines.
• Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates.
