Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead the development of comprehensive project estimates and risk analyses in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You will coordinate with project teams, develop robust baseline estimates, and maintain local rate libraries to support bids and execution.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of estimating experience, proficiency with Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX, and a construction-related degree.

• 10+ years of experience as an estimator in construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team.
• Lead the development of the total project estimate.
• Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis with contingency recommendations.
• Analyze and recommend solutions to problems with varying complexity.
• Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates.
