Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
• Knowledge of contract administration and project delivery methods.
• Ability to develop and maintain project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead challenging commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and manage budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate procurement and subcontractor buyout activities; manage teams, subs, consultants, and vendors.
