Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in property and casualty claims.
• Experience with construction defect claims is required.
• Professional designation such as AIC or CPCU preferred.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of construction defect and property claims with significant size/complexity.
• Investigate coverage and liability and formulate strategies for claim resolution.
• Attend arbitrations, mediations, settlements or trials as needed.
