Qualifications

• 10+ years of property and casualty claims experience including general liability or property claims litigation.
• Construction defect claims experience required.
• Professional designation such as AIC or CPCU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of claims with construction defect and property claims of significant size or complexity.
• Conduct thorough investigations, assess coverage and liability, and develop strategic resolutions.
• Participate in arbitrations, mediations, settlements, or trials as needed.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and advise supervisors on cases beyond authority.
• Communicate complex information clearly to all stakeholders while maintaining professionalism.
