Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Client Manager to support Producers, Client Advocates, and senior staff. You will manage service delivery for a book largely comprised of Charter Schools, collaborating with the account team to ensure renewals and policy periods are handled efficiently.

This client-facing role emphasizes property & casualty insurance and strategic client relationship management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Commercial Insurance experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience considered
• Broker’s license required
• Experience with Sagitta or similar agency management system is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer client inquiries promptly via phone, mail and email in a professional manner.
• Maintain proper file documentation and log communications in Sagitta/Image Right.
• Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, audits and cancellations.
• Assume ownership of customer concerns until resolved.
• Review exposures and coverage; recommend products and services.
• Remarket accounts per agency guidelines; explore cross-sell opportunities.
• Assist with new accounts and retention; identify sales opportunities.
• Comply with internal procedures and meet service standards.
• Collaborate with team and share insurance knowledge.
