Job summary

Epic Insurance Brokers and Consultants in California is seeking a Senior Client Manager for real estate commercial lines to oversee day-to-day service for complex Property & Casualty programs.

You will work closely with Producers, Client Executives, and carriers to coordinate renewals, analyze exposures, and deliver high-quality service. The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office presence 2 days weekly.

Mentoring junior staff and ensuring accurate documentation are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Senior role managing day-to-day service for complex Property & Casualty programs.
• Collaborates with Producers, Client Executives, Client Advocates, carrier partners, and other internal resources.
• Mentors and provides knowledge-sharing to service team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for assigned accounts, partnering with the Client Executive and Producer.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, technical consultation, responsiveness, and follow-through.
• Research and respond to client questions regarding coverage, policy interpretation, contractual risk transfer, insurance requirements, and risk management matters.
• Review client insurance programs and identify potential coverage gaps, exposure concerns, coverage enhancements, and risk management solutions.
• Manage day-to-day service activities, including endorsements, policy changes, certificates of insurance, binders, audits, premium financing, invoicing, allocations, and other account servicing activities.
