Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Newport Beach seeks a Client Executive in the ESPI Programs division to manage client relationships, coordinate service delivery, and collaborate with producers and carriers to drive renewals and new business.

You will work in a hybrid environment (3 days inoffice) across CA offices including Newport Beach, with exposure to middle market and large complex accounts, especially auto dealership and golf course clients.

Qualifications

• At least 7+ years of commercial insurance marketing/placement/brokering experience with client and carrier-facing responsibilities.
• Strong collaboration, accountability and commitment to excellence.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills with internal/external clients.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: be the primary resource and first contact for assigned clients; manage inquiries and day-to-day service needs.
• Marketing & New Business Development: define marketing strategies, analyze data, negotiate terms and present proposals.
• Policy Management & Compliance: maintain client data in Sagitta; ensure documentation is saved and workflows followed.
• Renewal Process Management: oversee renewal timelines and coordinate with teams to finalize quotes and proposals.
