Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Senior Client Manager for Commercial Lines, P&C in our Bay Area offices on a hybrid schedule. You will serve clients, process policies and endorsements, and advise on coverage changes while coordinating with sales and other departments.

The role requires 5–7 years in a mid-size brokerage or carrier, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in a mid-size brokerage or carrier.

Responsibilities

• Service: establish and maintain trust with clients by initiating introductions and timely responses.
• Process applications, policies, endorsements, mail, binders, schedules, certificates, audits, and other servicing items.
• Inform clients about policy coverage, changes, exclusions, and assist with coverage changes.
• Responsible for timely invoicing and monthly expirations.
• Meet quality and timeliness standards in the Agency Management System with proper documentation.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• In conjunction with the Sales Team, determine strategy including coverage determination and pricing.
• Submit applications with proper documentation and follow up to ensure timely quotes and policies.
• Negotiate premiums and commissions with underwriters and wholesalers.
• Prepare proposals and provide technical support in the sales process.
