EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Senior Client Manager for Commercial Lines (P&C) in California with a hybrid work schedule. You will service mid-size client accounts, process policies, and educate clients on coverage changes while collaborating with the Sales team to cross-sell and grow the book.

The role requires 5–7 years of brokerage experience and strong communication skills. The position offers in-office 1–2x per week with opportunities across the CA offices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• 5–7 years experience in mid-size brokerage or carrier.

Responsabilités

• Establishes and maintains high levels of trust with clients through regular contact and prompt issue resolution.
• Processes applications, policies, endorsements, incoming mail, binders, schedules and other servicing items timely and accurately.
• Educates clients about policy coverages, changes, exclusions and needs; assists with coverage changes.
• Ensures timely invoicing and monitors monthly expirations.
• Meets quality and timeliness standards in the Agency Management System; documents all activity.
• Other duties as assigned.
