Neighborly Company and its affiliates seeks a Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager in Idaho Falls, ID. This full-time, in‑person role oversees the financials for multiple entities, delivering accurate, current visibility each week and coordinating with ownership and the CPA.

You will lead QuickBooks accounting, manage job-costing for construction projects, and drive timely P&L and balance sheet reporting while ensuring confidentiality and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction accounting experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple companies and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks for multiple entities.
• Manage accounting across several companies and projects.
• Handle payables and receivables and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare weekly financial snapshots and monthly P&L/balance sheets.
• Coordinate with ownership and CPA on filings and reporting.
