Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of private or public accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost accounting and job costing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to present financial information clearly to project managers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own budgets and cost control for multifamily development projects.
• Track job costs through project lifecycle and adjust budgets as needed.
• Forecast material price changes and research market trends.
• Prepare invoices, forecast cash flow, and approve purchase orders.
• Process vendor payments and maintain project financial records for audits.
• Prepare cost analyses and flag financial risks to management.
• Manage vendor contracts to align with budgets and timelines.
