Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Idaho Falls, ID is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager to own the financial information of our construction, remodeling, and restoration businesses. This is not routine data entry; you will provide accurate weekly visibility to leadership and drive timely financial decisions.

You will manage QuickBooks across multiple entities, handle AP/AR, reconciliations, job costing, cash flow reporting, and monthly P&L and balance sheet prep, coordinating

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction accounting and job-costing experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple companies and entities.
• Weekly cash-flow and financial reporting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and trustworthy with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks for multiple entities.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and credit-card reconciliations.
• Conduct construction job costing and deposits tracking.
• Prepare monthly P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Coordinate payroll and year-end preparation.
• Produce weekly financial scorecards for leadership.
