Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks and across multiple companies.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
• Bank and credit-card reconciliations.
• Construction job costing and tracking deposits.
• Vendor and subcontractor balances.
• Weekly cash-flow reporting and monthly P&L/Balance Sheet prep.
• Payroll coordination and 1099/year-end prep.
• Coordinate with ownership and CPA.
