You will drive financial reporting, internal controls, and profitability analyses, partnering with project management to optimize cash flow and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities include GAAP-compliant revenue recognition, job cost accounting, audits, and coordinating with client finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with at least 4 years of experience.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial controls.
• Experience with AP/AR processes and cost allocation.
• Ability to lead and influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
• Ability to read financial reports and understand contract terms.
• Experience managing cash flow and profitability.
• Self-starter able to operate with minimal supervision.
• Strong confidentiality and internal controls knowledge.
