Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience; at least 1 year as project accountant or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and company policies; ability to communicate with diverse levels.
• Analytical thinker able to review data, identify trends, and address inconsistencies.
• Proficiency with SAP, Textura, and Excel for financial analyses and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial administration and cost analysis for assigned projects.
• Review budgets with Operations to reflect risk and profitability accurately.
• Monitor billing and accounts receivable; escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee month-end close, AP for vendors/subcontractors, and project cash flow.
• Prepare BARs, CABs, forecasts, and near-term reforecast analyses.
• Support audits and participate in ORM and budget review sessions.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance on cost processes.
