Job summary

Amazon Connect is a comprehensive, AI-powered customer experience service. We are seeking a Senior Worldwide Specialty Seller to drive the Connect partner GTM strategy across SI/GSI partners, building mind share and adoption of Connect practices with existing and new partners.

You will own and manage pipeline, lead Connect solution discussions, and collaborate with field teams to accelerate seller cycles, while ensuring enterprise customers select AWS for Connect solutions and expanding partner

Qualifications

5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
5+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services, including Compute/Edge/Hybrid/Security/Networking.
5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies including AI/ML/Analytics/Database/Storage.
5+ years with Business Application Technologies including EUC, Supply Chain, Contact Center as a Service, etc.
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.

Responsibilities

Drive Customer Obsessed partner business strategies across the SI and GSI ecosystem.
Develop and implement AWS go-to-market strategies with Connect SI/GSI partners to accelerate enterprise customer adoption.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior partner stakeholders across SI and GSI organizations.
Accelerate customer adoption with partners by developing and executing comprehensive sales and business plans, leading well-developed sales engagements and successful GTM activities.
Design and implement scalable programs and deliver insightful business reviews to unblock partner challenges and drive growth.
Create operational planning documents and serve as an Amazon Connect subject matter expert for the SI/GSI segment.
Ensure customer and partner satisfaction through strategic engagement and relationship management.
Expect moderate travel to partner sites and customer engagements across the SI/GSI portfolio.
