Qualifications

• Enterprise sales or consulting experience in CCaaS or related SaaS.
• Experience with telecom, VoIP, or CRM/ERP apps is a plus.
• Advocates for customer needs and translates them to product teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for strategic accounts and drive adoption of Connect.
• Deliver presentations, product demos, and programs to enable customer success.
• Build customer skills and proficiency with Connect.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders to show Connect value and uncover new business opportunities.
• Develop account plans with field teams.
• Meet annual revenue targets through increased Connect adoption.
• Work with partners to extend reach and adoption of AWS solutions.
