Latham & Watkins is seeking a Senior Analyst - Conflicts Reporting in New York (hybrid). The role focuses on preparing and analyzing conflicts reports for incoming attorneys and new client business using Intapp Open, interfacing with attorneys, analysts, and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a legal or professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze conflicts reports for incoming attorneys and new client business using Intapp Open.
• Prepare and analyze conflicts reports for various staff and attorneys.
• Train and mentor junior staff in conflicts processes.
• Update and validate data in the conflicts database and conduct research as needed.
• Coordinate with Ethics and Client Intake committees and other stakeholders.
