Job summary

Latham & Watkins seeks a Senior Analyst – Conflicts Reporting to prepare and analyze conflicts reports for incoming attorneys and new client work. You will use Intapp Open to generate reports for attorneys, analysts, and staff in a role spanning multiple offices including Downtown Los Angeles.

You will mentor junior staff, validate conflicts requirements, and maintain data accuracy in the conflicts database while coordinating with Ethics and Client Intake committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• Experience with conflicts reporting and using a conflicts database (Intapp Open) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on conflicts for incoming attorneys and new client matters.
• Lead and mentor junior staff on conflicts processes and data entry.
• Communicate results and missing information from Intapp request forms to attorneys or support staff.
• Update conflicts database and perform corporate research to verify information accuracy.
