Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking an Office of the General Counsel Senior Analyst – Conflicts Reporting. The role involves preparing and analyzing conflicts reports for incoming attorneys and new client business using Intapp Open, located in multiple U.S.

cities with a hybrid work option in San Diego. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in a legal or professional services environment, along with the ability to handle sensitive information and mentor junior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a legal or professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and prepare conflicts reports for incoming attorneys and new client business using Intapp Open.
• Assist with training and mentoring of junior staff.
• Update the conflicts database and verify information with attorneys and support teams.
• Communicate conflicts results and rectify missing information from intake forms.
• Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential information.
