Latham & Watkins LLP is seeking a Senior Analyst – Conflicts Reporting to prepare and analyze all levels of conflicts reports using Intapp Open. The role supports attorneys, analysts, and staff across offices, with hybrid options in Chicago, Boston, or New York.

The candidate will analyze complex matters, mentor junior staff, and ensure accurate data management while protecting highly sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a legal or professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze conflicts data and run reports for new matters, lateral hires, and client onboarding.
• Support training and mentoring of junior staff.
• Communicate conflicts results and verify requirements with attorneys or staff.
• Update conflicts data accurately and conduct research to confirm information.
• Seek guidance to understand requirements for evaluating conflicts (lateral candidate, potential client, etc.).
• Protect sensitive and confidential information handled by the firm.
