Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a detail-oriented Conflicts Analyst to support new business intake and conflicts review processes. This role ensures accuracy of information, conducts conflicts searches, and prepares reports for review by Conflicts Attorneys and Department Management.

The ideal candidate will have strong research, analytical, and organizational skills, with sound judgment to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and at least three years of corporate experience.
• Prior research experience in legal or compliance context.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review new business intake requests for accuracy and conduct corporate research on clients and related parties.
• Perform conflicts searches and prepare reports for Conflicts Attorneys and Department Management.
• Assist with researching and resolving conflicts issues, drafting consent letters, and tracking approvals.
• Support ethical wall procedures, including drafting and distributing screening memoranda.
• Maintain conflicts database integrity and assist with special projects as needed.
