Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a detail-oriented Conflicts Analyst to support new business intake and conflicts review. You will ensure accuracy of information, conduct conflicts searches, and prepare reports for attorneys and management.

The role emphasizes research, analytical thinking, and collaboration within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and offers opportunities to contribute to ethical compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of corporate experience, preferably in a legal environment.
• Strong research experience and understanding of relevant legal topics.
• Analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Review new business intake requests for accuracy and completeness and conduct corporate research on clients and related parties.
• Perform conflicts searches and prepare reports and summaries for Conflicts Attorneys and Department Management.
• Assist with researching and resolving conflicts issues, drafting consent letters, and tracking approvals.
• Support ethical wall procedures, including drafting and distributing screening memoranda.
• Maintain conflicts database integrity and assist with special projects as needed.
