Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP seeks a detail-oriented Conflicts Analyst to support the Firm’s new business intake and conflicts review processes. You will ensure data accuracy, conduct conflicts searches, and prepare reports for Conflicts Attorneys and Department Management.

The role emphasizes research, judgment, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment. The position offers exposure to ethical compliance, risk management, and cross-team collaboration within the Firm’s Conflicts group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of corporate experience, preferably in a legal environment.
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities with sound judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting and collaborate with attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Review new business intake requests for accuracy and completeness and conduct corporate research on clients and related parties.
• Perform conflicts searches and prepare reports and summaries for Conflicts Attorneys and Department Management.
• Assist with researching and resolving conflicts issues, drafting consent letters, and tracking approvals.
• Support ethical wall procedures, including drafting and distributing screening memoranda.
• Maintain conflicts database integrity and assist with special projects as needed.
