Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP seeks a detail-oriented Conflicts Analyst to support new business intake, conflicts analysis, and risk management. You will ensure accuracy of information, perform conflicts searches, and prepare reports for review by Conflicts Attorneys and leadership.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of corporate experience, preferably in a legal setting, with strong research, analytical, and communication skills. Hybrid work option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of corporate experience, preferably in a legal environment.
• Prior research experience and an understanding of relevant legal topics.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Sound judgment and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review new business intake requests for accuracy and completeness and conduct corporate research on clients and related parties.
• Perform conflicts searches and prepare reports and summaries for Conflicts Attorneys and Department Management.
• Assist with researching and resolving conflicts issues, drafting consent letters, and tracking approvals.
• Support ethical wall procedures, including drafting and distributing screening memoranda.
• Maintain conflicts database integrity and assist with special projects as needed.
