Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a detail-oriented Conflicts Analyst to support new business intake and conflicts review processes.

This role ensures accuracy of new business information, conducts conflicts searches, prepares reports for Conflicts Attorneys and Department Management, and assists with researching and resolving potential conflicts of interest in line with ethical standards and Firm policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least three years of corporate experience, preferably in a legal environment.
• Strong research experience and an understanding of relevant legal topics.
• Analytical, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Sound judgment, attention to detail, discretion, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, staff, and administrative teams.

Responsibilities

• Review new business intake requests for accuracy and completeness and conduct corporate research on clients and related parties.
• Perform conflicts searches and prepare reports and summaries for Conflicts Attorneys and Department Management.
• Assist with researching and resolving conflicts issues, drafting consent letters, and tracking approvals.
• Support ethical wall procedures, including drafting and distributing screening memoranda.
• Maintain conflicts database integrity and assist with special projects as needed.
