Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel in Miami Beach is seeking a Sr. Conference Service Manager (Full-time) to act as the liaison between hotel operations and clients. You will drive revenue through food, beverage, room rental and ancillary services while coordinating conferences with precision and strong communication.

The role requires 1+ years in hospitality with solid F&B knowledge and excellent writing and organizational skills. Delphi experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hospitality industry experience with solid knowledge of food + beverage and meeting room setups
• Thorough knowledge of property, space, food + beverage offerings and capacities
• High level of creativity, enthusiasm and flexibility
• Well organized, detail oriented and excellent follow-up skills
• Superior writing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Delphi experience preferred, but not required

Responsabilités

• Coordinate meetings, conferences, exhibit shows or other events with accurate communication outlines for client and hotel departments
• Ensure groups meet or exceed minimum food & beverage revenues, guest room revenues, and meeting room rental revenues
• Coordinate menu arrangements for conferences to maximize revenue while serving the client
• Obtain conference rooming lists, monitor cut-off dates, and ensure lists are delivered by due date
• Assist conference clients with off-premise details
• Conduct tours for potential and booked clients and provide personable experiences
• Prepare a comprehensive Conference Profile documenting menus, setups, client profiles and statistics
• Prepare and distribute banquet event orders, reports, and correspondence; maintain space blocks in the group function room log
• Attend internal weekly meetings for catering sales and operations
