Qualifications

• 1+ year within the Hospitality Industry required.
• Experience at a similar size and quality hotel.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Delphi.
• Knowledge of sales, revenue management, and staff training.
• Ability to execute action plans and work under deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; adapt to audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and coordination for Convention Services operations.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and revenue targets.
• Lead and train meeting services staff to deliver high-quality events.
• Coordinate with clients, chefs, and banquet teams for menu planning.
• Oversee banquet event orders and on-site execution.
• Foster long-term client relationships and repeat business.
• Collaborate with outside vendors to ensure client satisfaction.
