Qualifications

• Two years of experience in hospitality industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Well organized with excellent follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication and a passion for creating personable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Complete contracts and proposals with accuracy, and communicate timely and professionally with clients.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to execute group bookings and update changes.
• Set up accurate billing for each group.
• Enter information into Sales, POS and Event Management systems.
• Assist in booking individual reservations within special rate categories.
• Run group reports and maintain bookings in property systems.
• Answer phones and correspondence as required.
• Take leads by phone and email and process in the sales system.
