Job summary

McGough in Minnesota seeks a Senior Project Manager (Concrete) to lead complex projects from inception to deployment, managing resources, schedules and budgets with a focus on profitability and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, building owner and partner relationships, and guiding preconstruction, pursuit, and bid processes across multiple sites, with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, concurrent projects with concrete self-perform elements.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with owners, owner's representatives, design firms and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership and communication throughout project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through deployment with day‑to‑day oversight and management of resources, timelines and cost.
• Ensure profitability, client satisfaction, and adherence to scope and safety standards.
• Mentor and develop project management staff for future roles.
• Foster relationships with owners, design partners, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Attend project meetings and provide timely documentation and forecasts.
