Job summary

McGough in Rochester, MN seeks a Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in concrete self-perform projects to lead complex construction efforts. You will manage pursuit, preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, documentation, and subcontract coordination across diverse sites.

Strong communication and collaboration are essential to build partnerships with owners, designers, and vendors. The role requires travel to various sites and regional offices; a four-year construction management degree

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management or related degree.
• 5+ years of related experience, specifically including concrete self-perform projects.
• Experience building partnerships with owners, design firms and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Pursuit, preconstruction and business development activities.
• Lead estimate presentations and review subcontractor bids.
• Create and manage CPM schedules with field staff.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals and shop drawings.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and document control.
• Assist with project documentation and close-out deliverables.
• Support subcontract management and lead pre-installation meetings.
• Attend project and safety meetings and report progress monthly.
