Job summary

McGough Construction CO, LLC is seeking a Project Manager (Concrete) to lead all aspects of concrete projects, drive successful outcomes, and manage financials with a focus on self-perform work and strong partnerships. The role emphasizes pursuit, preconstruction, and effective cost control.

The PM will mentor assistants, coordinate with owners, design teams, and subcontractors, and oversee scheduling and BIM coordination to ensure on-time delivery and quality results.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience including concrete self-perform projects.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Thorough and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Pursuit, Preconstruction and Business Development.
• Assist pursuit team in understanding prospective projects and requirements.
• Research prospective clients and respond to RFQs/RFPs.
• Develop CPM schedules and assist with estimating and cost models.
• Manage subcontractor procurement and look after subcontractor qualifications.
• Lead project document reviews and coordination meetings.
• Oversee cost control, change management, and project close-out documentation.
• Foster relationships with owners, designers, and subcontractors.
