McGough in the Upper Midwest is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Concrete) to lead complex self‑perform projects from inception through deployment, coordinating resources, budgets and schedules across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of large project management experience, exceptional collaboration and communication skills, and a proven ability to build trusted partnerships with owners, designers, and subcontractors.

Formación

• Four-year degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years managing large or multiple projects including concrete self‑perform work.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with owners, designers, and subcontractors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects from inception through deployment with day‑to‑day management.
• Oversee project resources, timelines, costs, and scope.
• Mentor project management staff and foster external relationships.
• Ensure safety protocols and project profitability.
• Lead pursuit, preconstruction, and business development activities.
