Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years managing large or multiple projects including concrete self‑perform work.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with owners, designers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through deployment with day‑to‑day management.
• Oversee project resources, timelines, costs, and scope.
• Mentor project management staff and foster external relationships.
• Ensure safety protocols and project profitability.
• Lead pursuit, preconstruction, and business development activities.
