Job summary

McGough Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Concrete) to lead key self-perform concrete projects in a fast-growing regional market. The role emphasizes managing scope, schedule, and cost while building strong owner and design-partner relationships.

The ideal candidate has a four-year degree in Construction Management or related field and 10+ years of experience on large concrete projects, with a proven record in budgeting, scheduling, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management or related degree.
• 10+ years managing large and/or simultaneous projects, specifically including concrete self-perform projects.
• Experience building partnerships with owners, design firms and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through deployment with day-to-day management of resources, timeline, cost and scope.
• Manage project financials, including fee retention and profitability.
• Mentor and guide project management staff for career progression.
• Cultivate relationships with owners, design partners, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance on sites.
