Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience containing administrative support and customer service in the residential hospitality or property management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is required and knowledge of security camera/CCTV monitoring is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors at the front desk.
• Manage building access and monitor lobby activity.
• Handle resident inquiries, requests, and service needs promptly.
• Coordinate package acceptance, deliveries, and notifications to residents.
• Assist with scheduling amenities, reservations, and building services.
• Communicate with property management and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and shift reports.
• Ensure front desk coverage 24/7/365.
• Provide information and directions to residents.
