Job summary

Hims, Inc. is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to supervise all compounding activities in the lab and ensure compliance with USP standards and state/federal regulations. You will lead technicians, document procedures, and ensure high quality compounded medications.

The role requires Arizona licensure, a PharmD or PharmD-equivalent, and the ability to work a 6:30am–5:00pm shift. Relocation assistance is available for qualified Arizona license holders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, verbal and written.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise compounding personnel and technicians.
• Perform and document compounding procedures with QC checks.
• Verify records, beyond use dates, and final products.
• Assist in training and evaluating compounding staff.
• Coordinate calibration and maintenance of compounding equipment.
• Follow USP <795>, <800>, and related guidelines and safety rules.
