Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to supervise all compounding activities in the compounding laboratory. You will lead technicians, perform checks, document records, and support regulatory compliance under the Pharmacist-in-Charge.

The role reports to the Head Compounding Pharmacist and requires an active Arizona Pharmacist license. The shift is 6:30am–5:00pm, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in Arizona and appropriate state/federal regulations knowledge.
• Non-sterile compounding experience is required.
• Strong math and quality-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all compounding personnel and activities.
• Document compounding procedures, QA/QC checks, and dispensing.
• Verify formula and beyond-use dates for compounded products.
• Train and evaluate compounding staff.
• Coordinate calibration and maintenance of compounding equipment.
• Ensure compliance with USP <795>/<800> and FDA regulations.
