Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to oversee all compounding activities in the lab and ensure high-quality, compliant medication preparation. You will supervise technicians, perform checks, and support SOP development while maintaining patient safety and regulatory adherence.

This role requires active pharmacist licensure, knowledge of USP standards, and the ability to train staff while coordinating equipment and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license active in the relevant state and strong knowledge of pharmacy laws.
• Experience with non-sterile compounding and complex medication preparation.
• Ability to perform accurate calculations and patient counseling.
• Willingness to follow USP guidelines and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise compounding personnel and ensure quality checks.
• Perform and document compounding procedures and dispensing activities.
• Verify records, beyond-use dates, and finished products.
• Train and evaluate compounding staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate equipment calibration and monitor the compounding environment.
