Job summary

Hims & Hers is looking for a Compounding Pharmacist to supervise the compounding laboratory, ensure quality and safety, and develop processes and training materials. You will report to the Head Compounding Pharmacist and the Pharmacist-in-Charge.

The role requires compliance with USP <795>, <800>, state and FDA regulations, and may involve interaction with technicians, PIC, and CQI projects. Shift hours are 6:30am-5:00pm and a valid AZ license is required.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with Arizona license and degree.
• Strong knowledge of USP <795>/<800> and state/federal pharmacy laws.
• Experience supervising pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, lab-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all compounding personnel and support staff.
• Perform and document compounding procedures, QA/QC and dispensing.
• Verify records, beyond-use dates, and finished products.
• Coordinate calibration, maintenance and use of compounding equipment.
• Ensure compliance with USP, BOP and internal guidelines.
