Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist in Arizona to supervise the compounding laboratory, manage technicians, and ensure compliance with USP guidelines.

You will document procedures, verify records, and contribute to safety and quality initiatives while maintaining patient care at the forefront.

This role offers a $9/hour shift differential for evenings and nights and advancement opportunities within a growing health platform.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (PharmD or equivalent) and active AZ license.
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Strong knowledge of state/federal pharmacy laws.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) and Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle hazardous drugs with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Supervise compounding personnel and pharmacy technicians.
• Document compounding procedures and QA checks.
• Verify records, beyond use dates, and finished products.
• Train and evaluate compounding staff.
• Ensure USP <795>, <800> compliance and safety protocols.
• Contribute to CQI initiatives and audits.
