Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist in Ohio to oversee compounding capabilities and act as a subject matter expert for compounded treatments. You will maximize quality and patient safety while dispensing medications in accordance with federal and state regulations.

Day shift options include Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat, 7am-5:30pm. You will train staff, review materials, collaborate with R&D on new formulations, and ensure USP/FDA guidelines are followed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Active Pharmacist License in Ohio.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document compounding procedures and quality checks.
• Train and evaluate compounding personnel.
• Review and approve materials used in compounding.
• Oversee compounding equipment and environment with maintenance.
• Work with R&D teams on new compounded formulations.
• Adhere to USP <795>, <800>, and other guidelines for compounding.
