Job summary

Hims and Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to supervise all compounding activities in the lab, document procedures, and maintain QA/QC checks. This role ensures compliance with USP standards and federal/state regulations while training technicians and coordinating equipment calibration.

The position reports to the Head Compounding Pharmacist and PIC, with responsibilities to maintain patient safety and a high-quality standard of compounded medications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy and licensed as a Pharmacist.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Experience with compounding, quality control, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all compounding activities and pharmacy technicians.
• Document compounding procedures, QA/QC checks, and dispensing.
• Coordinate calibration and maintenance of compounding equipment.
• Ensure compliance with USP <795>/<800> and safety guidelines.
