Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a dependable compounding pharmacy technician to compound non-sterile medications at our New Albany, Ohio facility. You will help maintain a modern, safe pharmacy service, keep records up to date, and work closely with pharmacists to ensure quality care for patients.

Responsibilities include compounding, record keeping, lab maintenance, and reporting efficiency metrics to the pharmacist in charge. A strong emphasis on safety and accuracy is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years compounding experience.
• Current registration as a Registered Pharmacy Technician in Ohio and National Certification (CPhT).
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.
• Full-time role: 40 hours per week.
• 4 x 10 hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Compound non-sterile medications.
• Keep accurate compounding records.
• Maintain and clean the compounding lab.
• Communicate with pharmacists and report issues in the lab.
• Receive and verify delivered orders; restock shelves and supply bins; rotate and remove outdated drugs; maintain a clean workspace and equipment.
• Assist in record keeping and reporting efficiency numbers to the pharmacist in charge.
• Provide quality assurance assistance to the pharmacist in charge.
