Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Senior Coordinator, Business Compliance in Utah to monitor operations for regulatory adherence and SOP maintenance. You will audit data, investigate concerns, and support improvement initiatives across teams and systems.

You will manage tickets within SLAs, prepare leadership reports, and help ensure internal controls align with external requirements, while handling multiple priorities with accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with computer tools: Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• 1 year experience communicating with internal/external associates and leaders.
• 1 year experience with root cause analysis to identify and solve problems.
• 2 years experience within a call monitoring environment.
• Ability to adapt priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Knowledge of VoIP/TDM call center systems and related tools (Nice, Five9, Verint).

Responsibilities

• Audit and review operations to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, update, and maintain SOPs and reports.
• Analyze trends and prepare leadership reports with findings.
• Manage tickets in SLA/TAT and document timely updates.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional improvement projects.
