The Standard is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for individual disability income product compliance, and to support voluntary health products. You will monitor evolving federal/state requirements and translate them into practical processes and controls across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, legal, or related field.
• 4–6+ years of compliance, regulatory, or related experience.
• Experience interpreting regulatory requirements and applying them to operations.
• Knowledge of individual disability insurance or supplemental health products.
• Experience with multi-state filings and industry associations.

• Regulatory Monitoring & Interpretation: monitor and interpret federal/state statutes and communicate implications.
• Risk Assessment & Compliance Oversight: perform monitoring, testing, and control assessments.
• Policy & Documentation Development: draft and maintain policies and training materials.
• Business Partnership & Advisory: provide SME guidance on compliance initiatives.
• Product Filings: assist in drafting contract language and lead multi-state filings.
• Industry Interaction: participate in trade associations and monitor industry trends.
• Audit & Regulatory Support: support audits and examinations with documentation and action plans.
